Pregled stanja: Navade pri uživanju pijač, kvaliteta vode in dostop do vode v šolah držav, projektnih partneric

Pregled zajema podatke o zdravju (debelost, prekomerna telesna teža, karies) in navade uživanja pijač otrok in mladih v državah projektnih partnericah (Avstria, Bolgarija, Češka, Nemčija, Italija in Velika Britanija).
V dokumentu je tudi pregled kvalitete pitne vode in oskrbovanost vrtcev in šol s čisto vodo.

Akcijski načrt za preprečevanje otroške debelosti 2014–2020 se je začel februarja 2014. Cilj te akcije je zaustaviti porast prekomerne telesne teže in debelosti pri otrocih in mladih do 2020.

Evropska strategija za plastiko postavlja temelje novi plastični ekonomji, po kateri morajo biti plastični izdelki sposobni za ponovno uporabo, popravilo in recikliranje. Razvili bodo tudi nove, bolj trajnostne materiale.

Koncept vodnega odtisa  
Vodni odtis pokaže koliko vode porabimo  z našim življenjskim slogom. Vodni odtis posameznika, skupnosti ali podjetja je definiran kot celotna količina sveže vode, ki je porabljena za proizvodnjo dobrin ali za storitve za tega posameznika, skupnost ali podjetje. Vodni odtis se meri v  prostornini vode, ki se jo uporabi/ki izhlapi ali je onesnažena v določenem času.
